Headphone Matrix Mixer or Monitor Mixer

Hey trambone fam
I'm wondering what people are using for mixing and analogue distribution of headphone signals now-a-days. I need something like a Mackie HMX 56, with at least 4 auxillaries. I don't think anyone makes these anymore and I'm always a bit Leary of buying used electronics. I'd like to stay as analogue as possible - we have plenty of digital stuff in our signal chain and we like to monitor straight out of the board to avoid latency. I want to have as much control as possible over the individual mixes - particularly so my horn players can hear themselves - hence the need for a bunch of aux's.
Anyone have any suggestions for headphone matrix mixers or monitor mixers that give me mix control on each channel? Can't afford anything like an Aviom, want to get something similar to the HMX 56 (or larger) that we can use to expand our current system.
