Ding on mouthpiece
Got a tiny ding on my mouthpiece. Not really bad but I thought I might smooth it out. Any suggestions? Steel wool? 600 grit sand paper?

Any kind of abrasive will remove the silver. Assuming you're talking about a small mouthpiece. Burnishing it is probably a better bet - use something very hard and smooth to rub it out. that will preserve the silver and give you a smooth surface.
Something like a polished and chrome plated wrench works well. Just make sure it's very smooth so it doesn't scratch the silver. Something like a stainless steel spoon would probably work.
