I have a quick question:
Can I easily adapt a Holton TR-181 bell with a Bach 50 (does the tuning slide have the same dimensions)?

If your tech has a lathe, and knows how to use it, anything is possible

And FWIW, the Holton and Bach tuning slide inner tubes are "nominally" the same dimension
