My Trombone Dream

Several months into my efforts at getting back to playing the instrument, and already I yearn to upgrade. I know that a better instrument isn’t really going to make me better, but…. It couldn’t hurt? So I’m buying a 78H on the ‘Bay, and will pick it up next month when I’m in the seller’s area. Excited; yeah.
Last night I dreamt that the seller had planted the three sections out in his front yard, like the plastic skeleton parts that crop up in so many seasonal displays this time of year. I can remember telling myself, while still dreaming- “This can’t be real.”
