I tweaked my right shoulder this past week and have played two rehearsals lefty, using a straight tenor.
It's hard to see music playing on the right side of the stand. But weirdly, I seem to be able to play under the stand desk left handed, and that's impossible right handed.
I did find my right hand fingers cramped from holding the horn, something they're not used to. (also I played disc golf left handed in this week's league game, solidly in last place)

I don't think I've ever flipped the bell around and tried playing southpaw... Might have to do that just for giggles
