Altieri bag repair
I've got a friend who needs an Altieri bag repaired. A strap pulled out or something common to Altieri bags. How do people generally approach this? Luggage repair? Shoe repair? Altieri isn't still in business, are they?

An entity owns the name. In theory, they are located quite close to my house. It isn't Donna. Last I knew, they weren't making anything for trombone and had no immediate plans.
In addition to shoe shops, there are tailors who can help.
