Heard that Dave Wolpe passed away.
I've played his charts for decades.
From a FB post this morning by Terry Myers:
"I'm so very saddened to receive word from Dave Wolpe’s family that he passed away early this morning. Dave had so many friends in the business from all over the world. He was truly one of the greats in big band arranging and his charts will be played and appreciated for many years to come. He was like a brother to me and I will miss him for as long as I live. Linda and I send our condolences to his wife, Kim, Kim’s daughter, Monisa, his son, Franz, and his lovely granddaughters".
