...over on the Facebook version, tons of members here are getting a message that they have been permanently banned from here due to spam.
This is the message:

They are not able to contact admin unless logged in.

Can this be resolved somehow?

By the way, posting this message in Classifieds is DEFINITELY the wrong place. Why did you think this was something to buy or sell?

Yes, as Bruce noted I believed the issue was fixed (nobody reported the error after I switched captcha providers). The email provided ([email protected]) can be used as a method of reporting inaccessibility now if you are having issues still.
