Do you need guys know if you can use the regular Bach valve bumpers on a Menielschmidt valve? I'm wondering if there will be an alignment issue.

There's a potential alignment issue regardless of what bumper you buy. A new bumper must be fitted to the valve. Not a very difficult job, but has to be done carefully. A Tech should be able to show you how to do it. Adjustment should be automatic with a bumper replacement

I don't think the stock Bach bumpers will be the same size, as in they won't fit at all.
