Add classified sections for modular systems
For example an "S.E. Shires modular components" tab under the classifieds section where you can sell your shires parts. You could do the same thing for Doug Elliot, Rath, Edwards, Warburton, etc; any modular system where you wouldn't really use the parts for anything outside of their respective systems.

Re: Add classified sections for modular systems
I think that's getting too modular. We need to straddle a balance between granularity and sprawl.

Re: Add classified sections for modular systems
I actually originally was planning on doing it that way initially; however, at the time the consensus was that we wanted to reduce friction since it's not very hard to search. I've subsequently changed to that opinion myself having now used it for awhile. I can pick out anything I might be interested in an ad very quickly, much more quickly than if I was looking at say, a separate post partitioned by the manufacturer, etc.

Makes sense. Cutting through the clutter of so many categories would make this forum a pain!
