Holton mouthpiece chart for trombones circa 1940s thru 1960s

I'm currently playing my King 2B with a Jiggs slide, and a Holton 84 mouthpiece. I'm interested in finding a chart or information showing the specifications for Holton mouthpieces produced from circa 1940s to the 1960s. Thank you.
