Info on Composers (Jack Gale & Terry Hutchinson)

Greetings,

I'm working on a recital program and need birth/death dates for the following two composers:

Jack Gale - trombonist composer, wrote many brass quintet arrangements
Terry Hutchinson - wrote Tuba, Juba, Duba

Any help would be appreciated!
