hand brace or strap
I just got a new bass(ybl-830 xeno) and the Neotech grip no longer fits, I was wondering if anyone had experience with this specific horn and knew a hand support that worked, I just don't want to have to buy things and return them.

I got the Ax Handle and it works great for me. You will need to compress the rigid foam in the case so that it will fit. I didn't need to cut the fabric just compress the foam. If you want pics let me know.

Re: hand brace or strap
The Yamaha, Clebsch or Leather Specialties hand straps work for me. Also the J Pippen grip. It’s a bit less padded than the Get a Grip and fits under the second valve trigger a bit better. I also found the Pippen grip is a little easier to shape.
No case modifications required. No mods or damage to horn (I had a Rath hand grip that seemed to put a fair amount of stress on the brace to which it was attached.) The Yam brace is only about $15.
