Looking for help about griego large shank to small shank sizes
I’m mainly a small shank player, but recently I’ve had a need to play on a large bore horn. I tried an adapter but it killed my flexibility and it just felt weird. What griego large shank mouthpiece would be equivalent to a griego 6.5 New York small shank?

The Griego team is good about answering any questions, i believe they make a large and small shank of every mouthpiece.

Probably the Griego 6.5 New York blank large shank. Same cup diameter, same cup, but with a larger shank and throat.Stephencarlisletbone wrote: ↑Sun Feb 05, 2023 8:14 am I’m mainly a small shank player, but recently I’ve had a need to play on a large bore horn.
