What is the difference between “sent” and “outbox”
Title says it all… does a PM in my “outbox” mean it hasn’t actually been sent?

Your PM stays in the Outbox until it is picked up by the recipient. It was sent.

Pretty much the same thing. "Outbox" means sent. "Sent messages" means sent AND received.

One advantage of this system is that you can delete a message if the recipient has not yet read it. You know, like when you send one of those alcohol-fueled rants about trumpet players and such.

greenbean, you're making me miss the old TromboneForum with all the vitriol-filled rants!
Of course we're all now much more relaxed and civilized on TromboneChat -- aren't we?
