Taking pictures
Whats everyones go to spot for taking pictures? I usually just use my bed, but the lighting isnt the best. I recently took some outside on a stand and i really liked it, but i have 4 year old toys all in my back yard, and a pool that takes up a good amount of space. Just curious of how everyone else does it

Re: Taking pictures
Lighting is everything, backdrop is only slightly secondary.

Re: Taking pictures
Good lights, decent camera, and a white sheet/roll of fabric will take easy pics of horns.

I like to shoot outdoors, under cloudy sky (no shadows). I've got some old blue sheets that are pretty close to neutral tone that I use as background.

If you live in San Francisco, and grow green beans, your photos must be taken outdoors and include a black cat!

Re: Taking pictures
It depends entirely on the subject and intent of the photo you want to take.
