I saw a listing for this mouthpiece and can't figure out what it is.

Any ideas?

Looks kinda like a Rudy Muck 21 that has been glamorized?

As I recall, there is (was?) a European (Monaco?) boutique mouthpiece maker, whose name escapes me at present, that made highly decorative mouthpiece.

I've also seen that general style of decoration on banda mouthpieces.

It's certainly pretty! Have you tried to play it in anything?

I don't know a manufacturer, but if you search for "double cup" or "doble taza" mouthpieces on Ebay, you'll see quite a few. Maybe that will help you further.
